The officers of Gori District Division of Shida Kartli Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained two persons as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities. The detainees are T.N. (DoB1996) and M.N. (DoB 1969).
M.N. is accused of inflicting severe health damage on purpose, while T.N. is charged for violence.
The investigation established that on November 5 of the current year, during a financial dispute in Gori, M.N. inflicted several body injuries with a sharp object to his acquaintance-R.G. (DoB1972). The wounded person was taken to the hospital for appropriate medical assistance. His condition of health is not life-endangering at the moment.
The investigation also established that during the confrontation between M.N. and R.G., the son of the accused M.N. - T.N. and the victim’s son – S.G. (DoB 2001) were present at the scene who was physically assaulted by T.N.
Police arrested M.N. And T.N. several hours after the incident, as a result of immediate police activities.
The facts of inflicting severe health damage on purpose and violence are being investigated under Articles117 and 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
